Guo Judith has a diploma in Social Work and Social Administration from the University of Busoga, Uganda.  She has also completed several professional development courses inclusive of Managing GBV in Emergency, Child Protection Minimum Standards (CPMS) and Face to Face TOT in Humanitarian Sectors. 

Prior to joining the Dallaire Initiative, she has worked for several international organizations and UN agencies across South Sudan where she acquired ten years of experience in the field of gender and child protection with specific focus on delivering service to the vulnerable and affected communities as well as capacity building to different beneficiaries.  Her previous experience includes working with the UN International Organization for Migration where she worked as a GBV Response and Mainstreaming Assistant.  Additionally, Guo Judith was employed by Care International, South Sudan where she worked as a GBV Protection Officer among several other organizations.
